• Failure to complete the assignment will result in parental and guidance counselor notification.
• This assignment will count as your first 2 exam grades in the first quarter.
• You must do your own work. Plagiarism will not be tolerated in the Senior year.

After you are done with your Group 4 presentation in December, you must fill this sheet out in detail, and complete honesty. Your evaluation will be kept confidental between you and your teacher. Submit it to your teacher, along with YOUR HARDCOPY of your group's powerpoint. EVERYone must submit a hardcopy - NOT one copy per group.
You must keep detail track of your time working on this project. The total hours required is 10. If you were not there during the first meeting, you can NOT put it as a part of your hours. You must submit this sheet along with your self-evaluation and powerpoint to your teacher.
